
Chairman
Sheikh Sabah Mohammad Abdulaziz Al Sabah joined the NAPESCO Board of Directors in 2023 as Chairman. He was previously the Vice Chairman & CEO of Qurain Petrochemical Industries in 2022 during the company’s merger with KIPCO. With extensive experience in investment, industry, and real estate, Sheikh Sabah was the Vice Chairman & CEO of United Industries Company from 2013 to 2022. He is the Chairman of NAPESCO, United Building Company, and United Oil Projects, Vice Chairman of Jassim Transport & Stevedoring Company, and Board Member of SADAFCO (Saudi Arabia), and has held several executive positions since 2006. Sheikh Sabah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Organization from Kuwait University.

Vice Chairman & CEO
Muhaiman Al-Behbehani joined NAPESCO as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in September 2023. He is also the CEO and |Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the United Oil Projects Company, Chairman of the Board of Directors of United Precision Drilling Company, and United Oil Projects Company since 2009, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of United Autumn Holding Company since 2009, and the National Petroleum Services Company since May 2023. Mr. Al-Behbehani has been a Board Member of Jassim Transportation and Handling Company since 2019 and Kuwaiti Olefins Company since 2012
Al-Behbehani was appointed as a Board Member of the National Petroleum Services Company in 2007. Mr. Al-Behbehani served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Petroleum Services Company between January and May 2014. Mr. Al-Behbehani served as Senior Planning Engineer at Kuwait National Petroleum Company between August 1998 and February 2006. Mr. Al-Behbehani holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toledo in the United States of America in 1998.

Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Sabah assumed the position of Board Member at the National Petroleum Services Company in May 2014.
Prior to that, he held several positions in entities specializing in financial and regulatory fields. Sheikh Hamad Al-Sabah brings a wealth of experience in managerial and financial accounting spanning over 17 years. His expertise qualifies him to review and audit the company’s financial reports, identify investment opportunities in accordance with NAPESCO’s strategy, as well as assist in overcoming internal and external risks facing companies and ensuring their compliance with legislative laws and regulatory frameworks.
Sheikh Hamad has held various specialized roles in major global auditing firms, including KPMG, and has also worked with the Capital Markets Authority.
He currently serves as the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee at the National Petroleum Services Company. Sheikh Hamad holds relevant academic and professional qualifications, including a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Gulf University for Science and Technology, as well as an international certification in financial and managerial accounting, namely the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).

Ms Khalaf joined the NAPESCO Board of Directors in 2023 as a Board Member. With over two decades of experience in various financial and investment sectors, she previously held the position of CFO at Al Kout Industrial Projects and served as Executive Director at the Kuwait Office of Asiya Capital Investments Company. She also served on the boards of leading educational companies in Kuwait. Ms Khalaf started her career as a chemical engineer and holds a Master in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London, and an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University in the USA.

Mr. Sadoun Member of the Board of Directors of the NAPESCO since November 2023. Mr. Ali was also a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Baghdad and the United Industries Company.
Mr. Ali served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Holding Construction Company and the United Company for Oil Projects, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of Bahrain's Burgan Bank and United Gulf Holding Company.
Mr. Ali has over 20 years of experience in financial accounting and investment. Mr. Ali held several positions in the Qurain Petrochemical Industries Company, including CEO and Managing Director of Kuwait Investment Projects Company (KAMCO) from 2006 to 2012.
Mr. Ali also served as Head of the Budget Department at Kuwait National Petroleum Company from 1989 to 1997 and was a board member of the Technological Progress Company representing Al-Rawabi International Real Estate Services Company. Mr. Ali held the position of Director of Financial and Accounting Affairs at Kuwait Projects Company (KIPCO) and was a member of the Executive Management of the same company. Mr. Ali also served as Vice Chairman of the Kuwaiti Company for Chemical Industries and was a board member from 1997 to 2000.
Mr. Ali holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management and Financial Accounting from Ashland University in the United States of America and a Diploma in Banking Sciences from the General Authority for Applied Education and Training in Kuwait.

Mr Khaled joined NAPESCO as Chief Operating Officer in 2006, later became its Managing Director, and led the company as its Vice Chairman & CEO till August 2023. Mr Al Saif to his credit numerous achievements, awards, citations, and recognitions earned in his career of over 29 years in the Oil & Gas field. Mr Al Saif started his career with Kuwait Oil Company in 1987 where he assumed many positions including Corporate Planning Manager and Financial Services Manager.
Mr Al Saif graduated as an Electrical Engineer from San Diego State University, he is a Certified Lead Auditor and is also an elite member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers Int., American Petroleum Institute (API), and Project Management Institute.

Mr Mohammad has more than 30 years’ experience in the oil industry, he graduated from Concordia University, Montreal Canada as a Computer Engineer and got his MBA from Hull University in UK.
Mr Alajmi started his professional career in the IT automation business and moved to Corporate Transformation working with the market Key Players like Accenture, PWC and Deloitte.
Then he moved to Project Management & Control where he led & managed Multi Millions Dollars projects working with Multinational EPC contractors & Consultants like SK, Sinopec, Woods Group etc.
